Presidio Knolls School (“PKS”) values your privacy. In this Privacy Policy ("Policy"), we describe the information we collect on this website, how we use it, and when and with whom we share it. How We Use Cookies and Tracking Tools

We use cookies to identify which pages are being used and to aggregate statistics about site traffic patterns, which we may provide to third parties on an aggregate, anonymous basis. You can opt out of Google’s use of cookies by visiting Google’s ad settings. PKS does not currently recognize or respond to browser-initiated Do-Not-Track signals, as the internet industry is currently still working on consistent standards and solutions.

Updating Your Information or Restricting Access

If you are not the parent of a student enrolled at PKS and you need to update information provided to us, please revisit the original information capture mechanism, such as the portal through which you provided contact or admissions information. If there is no method to update information, contact us at info@presidioknolls.org. If you are the parent of a student enrolled in PKS, you may contact the Head of School to find out what data we have about you or your child and make corrections as appropriate.

Please understand that we may retain any information to comply with the law, prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, and other purposes. You should understand that once you transmit information to us through the website, you may not be able to change or remove it.

Security

We take measures to protect the information that we collect from or about you from unauthorized access, improper use or disclosure. Please be aware, however, that no method of transmitting information over the internet is perfect, and no method of storing information is completely secure.

Children’s Privacy

This website is designed for use by parents. It is not designed for children under 18. If we discover that an individual under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will take action to delete the information to the best of our ability.
