After you complete this form, you will receive two emails with more information. We use Blackbaud for our admissions process. One of the emails contains an invitation to create your Blackbaud ID (BBID). Once you have created a BBID, you will be able to view and register for information sessions and tours, according to your schedule.

• Required: Attend an on-campus information session and tour, offered at various dates and times from October through January (details and registration in Blackbaud). If you are applying from outside the Bay Area and cannot join an on-campus session, please reach out for options.

• Optional: Attend other events that are of interest to you (details provided as events become available).

• Elementary school applications (available via Blackbaud) for the 2025-2026 school year are due by January 13, 2025. Please let us know if you need a waiver of the $100 application fee.

• Adjusted Tuition applications for the 2025-2026 school year become available in November and are due in late January, 2025. Please let us know if you need a waiver of the application fee.

Admissions decisions and Adjusted Tuition determinations are made separately but emailed in the same timeline.

• Kindergarten applicants:

  • Provide the PreK–Kindergarten Teacher Evaluation Form (available on Blackbaud) to your child’s current/most recent teacher, requesting it be returned directly to us by February 3, 2025. These should be emailed directly by your child’s school to pks.admissions@presidioknolls.org.

  • Attend a student-only applicant visit on a weekday morning - February 24 or February 28, 2025 (details and registration provided to applicants).

• Grade 1-2 applicants::

  • Provide the 1st Grade–8th Grade Teacher Evaluation Form (available on Blackbaud) to your child’s current/most recent teacher, requesting it be returned directly to us by February 3, 2025. These should be emailed directly by your child’s school to pks.admissions@presidioknolls.org.

  • Attend a student-only assessment and shadow visit on March 4, 2025 (registration details provided to applicants).

• Grade 3-4 applicants:

  • Provide the 1st Grade–8th Grade Teacher Evaluation Form (available on Blackbaud) to your child’s current/most recent teacher, requesting it be returned directly to us by February 3, 2025. These should be emailed directly by your child’s school to pks.admissions@presidioknolls.org

  • Provide the Student Records Release Form (available on Blackbaud) to your child’s current/recent school(s), requesting they be emailed directly to us by March 4, 2025.

  • Attend a student-only assessment and shadow visit on March 4, 2025 (registration details provided to applicants).
